East Region Cup Scheduling procedure
 
All rounds except the finals
1. All games will initially be posted on the ERSL web site as follows
 
a) Date - original date as per the cup draw
b) 9:30am for boys and 11:30am for girls on either Saturday and/orSunday games, 6:30pm for Friday games
c) Field is set to To be determined
 
2. The two teams are then required to contact each other by telephone to agree on the final details according to the following procedures
 
a) If both teams agree they may bring the game forward to the proceeding Friday to kick off at 6:30pm
 
b) If one of the teams requested relief on their entry form they are permitted to reschedule the game within 7 days of the original date. Their opponents must agree with the new date.
 
c) If one of the teams is playing in the Ontario Cup on the weekend of the original date then they are permitted to reschedule the game within 7 days of the original date. Their opponents must agree with the new date.
 
d) If the game is to be played on the original date then the 2 teams must agree on the kick off time. It does not need to stay at 9:30am or 11:30am
 
e) Once a date and kick off is agreed the home team is responsible for ensuing that the field is available at that time
 
3. Once both teams have agreed on the date the home team must email the ERSL with the final details at admin@ersl.ca no later than 3 working days before kick off. The home team is responsible for sending in the email but the away team must be copied on it. The email must include the game #.
 
4. If the game is to be moved to a new date as a result of 2b the ERSL will check that one of the teams requested relief on their application form. If they did not request relief then permission will not be given to move the game from the original date
 
5. The ERSL will then correct the game on the ERSL web site with the final details

6. For the Finals, the ERSL will work out the schedule.

7. The two teams are then required to contact each other by telephone to agree on the final details according to the following procedures
 
a) The teams can agree to change the kick off from 9:30am
 
b). If one of the teams in playing in the Ontario Cup on the weekend of the semi final then they are permitted to reschedule the game within 7 days of the original date. Their opponents must agree with the new date.
 
c) Once a date and kick off is agreed the home team is responsible for ensuing that the field is available at that time
 
8. Once both teams have agreed on the date they must email the ERSL the final details at admin@ersl.ca no later than 3 working days before kick off. The home team is responsible for sending in the email but the away team must be copied on it. The email must include the game #.
 
9. The ERSL will then correct the game on the ERSL web site with the final details
 
For the Finals
10. All games will be scheduled at a neutral venue by the ERSL at a kick off time set by the ERSL
