Projected Boys Divisions for 2011 - Updated Oct 19th

The Director of Operations (Boys) thanks the Clubs for responding to recent offers of promotion.  The Director is now providing his preliminary draft of projected Boys divisions for 2011 and he asks Clubs to review it and let us know if you have concerns or queries.
